He is survived by: his brother Jim Hayes; his nephew Walter Worthing; his great-niece Sara Worthing; his children, Joshua Hayes of Lanai City, Hawaii and Jessica Naughton of Sanford, ME; his granddaughters, Maci and McKenna of Kennebunk, ME; his sisters, Jean Welch of Wells, ME and Jolene Hayes of Wells, ME; and his siblings' children, Shawn Hayes of Wells, ME, Jim Worthing (Renee) of Shell Knob, Missouri, Darrell Worthing (Jenn) of Rochester, NH and Cheryl Worthing (Wanda Hayes) of Sanford, ME.
