He was predeceased by: his parents, Hosea Phillips and Muriel Phillips (Hooper); his former wife Arabella Phillips; and his wife Collette Phillips (Morin). He is survived by: his children, Martha Russell (Larry), Carol A. Vezina, Robert Phillips, Mason Phillips (Tracey) and Muriel Lambert (Gerry); and his grandchildren, Bobby-Jo, April Vezina, Jarrod, Bruce Russell, Kristy Michaud, Michelle Balcewicz, Adam Lambert, Kayla Goodrich, Dominic Lambert, Christopher and Marisa Phillips. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
