He was predeceased by: his parents, Moncena Burnham and Myrtle Burnham (Lamson); his wife Bette K. Stevens; his siblings, Grace Ridlon, Reginald "Ditty" Burnham (Pat) and Eugene Burnham; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Burnham and Martha Pease (George).
He is survived by: his daughter Penny Lee Ouellette (Kenneth) of North Monmouth; his brother Ralph Burnham of North Monmouth; his sister-in-law Judy Lyons (Myron) of Greene; his grandsons, Dustin Ouellette of Lewiston and Devin Ouellette (Kelsey) of Greene; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Emma Ouellette. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
