He is survived by: his wife Shirley Thompson; his daughters, Carolyn Cairns (Reginald) and Sally Holt; his grandsons, Derek and Brandon Cairns; his great grandchild Kayden Cairns; and his siblings, Arlin Holt (Brenda) and Sharon McAllister (Dennis).
