He is survived by: his wife Ruby Foster (Phelps) of Norway; his children, Jeanette Chapman of Winthrop, Richard Foster (Mildred) of Hebron, Katherine Melvin (George) of Readfield and Sandra Fogg (David) of Oxford; and his brother George H. Foster Jr. of Oxford. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren.
