He was predeceased by: his parents, Eino Kuvaja and Marie Birney Kuvaja. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Kimball (Wade), Sharon Morse (Stan), Tim Kuvaja (Kris), Steve Kuvaja (Becky), Sandra Kuvaja, Mary Field (Ed Palmer) and Fred Kuvaja. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
