He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred; and his parent Christine Worthley. He is survived by: his children, Kendall Worthley, Jr. (Barbara) of Oakland, Peter Worthley (Nancy) of Vassalboro, Lisa Champion (Doug Champion) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and David Worthley of Oakland; his grandchildren, Molly Worthley, Sam Worthley, Heather Worthley, Todd Worthley and Clark Champion; and his family Harley Davidson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Waterville Humane Society, Webb Road Waterville, Maine.
