It is with sadness that the passing of Michael Edward Brown of Old Orchard Beach, Maine is shared. Michael, born on September 7, 1953 in North Yarmouth, Maine, passed away on June 8, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred S. Brown and Marjorie S. Brown (Abramson); and his sisters, Terri Prescott and Cynthia Brown. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Brown and Melissa Dorazio (Joseph); his stepchildren, Kristen Rodriguez (Enrique), Travis Libby (Olya) and Dustin Libby (Elizabeth); and his siblings, James Brown (Carilla), Edward Brown and Andrea Knight (Robert). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local youth sports league in Michael's memory, helping future generations experience the same opportunities and lifelong lessons that meant so much to him.
