He was predeceased by: his uncle Robert Lovett. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Melnik and Patricia Melnik (Lovett); his brother Michael Melnik (Dorothy); his nibling Christian; his brother Stephen Melnik (Tiffany); his nibling Logan Melnik (Petra); his great-nieces and great-nephews, River and Ryder; his brother Kevin Rule; Michelle Reynolds and Jennifer Melnik (David Scott). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
