With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Cady (Orono, Maine), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Mary find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She is survived by: her husband Rob; her children, Kate, Houston and Stuart (Erin); and her grandson Wynn.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Orono High School (14 Goodridge Dr, Orono, ME 04473).
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a scholarship fund in her name. Donations can be made to Orono High School 14 Goodridge Dr, Orono, ME 04473, with Mary Cady in the memo.
