He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Lee, Mary Kakos, Jack and Pat Garrity. He is survived by : his wife Taylor L. (Estabrook) of Orrington, ME; his daughters, Moriah A. Garrity and Faith J. Letarte of Lunenburg; his stepson Owen Evans; his daughters, Sarah J. Garrity and Jocelyn C. Garrity of Orrington, ME.; his siblings, Mary Garrity of Shirley, Jimmy Garrity (Angela) of Lunenburg and Patrick Garrity of Astoria, NY; his uncle Kevin Garrity; his nephew Christian James Garrity; and his cousin Cynthia Kakos. He is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
