She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl William and Louise Ester Bennett (Gilman); her husband Elmer "Mac" Smith; her son Stephen Smith; and her siblings, Edwin "Ted" Bennett, Victor Bennett, Stanley Bennett, Ellie Rich, Gertude Crockett, Lyndall "Bun" Turner, Lucille Quinn, Gladys Wallace and Rosemary Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Smith (Cindy), Edwin Smith (Pamela) and Peggy Smith; her niece Joanne Dolan; and her grandchildren, Justin Smith (Nancy), Becca LaBrie (Mike), Corey Smith (Sammie) and Andrew Smith (Shellie). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Dean Hill Cemetery (738 River Rd, Orrington, ME 04474).
