As Carroll departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Carroll. Though Carroll may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Parsons and Hetty "Peggy" Parsons (Andrew-Wilson). He is survived by: his sons, William and Robert; his brother William; and his pets, Peanut and Freddie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oxford Hills Funeral Services (1037 Main St, Oxford, ME 04270). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
