He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Baxter and Bernice Baxter (Bragton); and his wife Marlene Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Willie Baxter (Connielynn Higgins), Phyllis (Matthew Lemay), Jeff Baxter and Susan Hanna (Tom); and his grandchildren, Miranda Baxter, Travis, Todd and Mercedes Fickett. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
