He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Record and Leona Record; his wife Mary Alice; his daughter Kathy Anne; his siblings, Ken (Lorraine Record), Glenna (Bernard Hewey) and Gwendolyn Record; and his granddaughter Alicia Plourde.
He is survived by: his brothers, Elton (Jan), Vern (Linda) and Merle (Jean); his daughters, Barbara Flagg (Malcolm), Bonnie Jones (Steve), Deborah Plourde (Tom) and Darlene Coffin (Alan); and his grandchildren, Brent, Blair, Tim, Nate, Jenna, Dee, Brian, Tia, Brianna and Luke. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
