He is survived by: his wife Diane Maddix of South Paris; his siblings, Gail (David Greenman) of Niceville, Florida and Tim (Sunghee) of Stafford, Virginia; his son Jonathan; his grandchildren, Alexis and Jonathan, Jr.; his godchildren, Brandon and Katelynn; his stepchildren, Toby and Tara (Bo); his stepgrandchildren, Owen and Audreyanna; his cousin Stephen Twitchell (Bernadette); and his close friends, Bonney and Valorie Valverdi.
