It is with sadness that the passing of Jean C. Saunders (Paris, Maine) is shared. Jean, born on October 10, 1938 in Rumford, Maine, passed away on October 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald A. Carreau and Florence E. Carreau (Lovejoy); her stepsiblings, Charles L. Mills (Dick), Donald Mills, Lucille Robbins and Jane Pettingill Coppick; and her niece Sally Lizotte.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory M. Saunders (Tara) of Auburn and Kathryn M. Cowham (Rynne) of Oregon; her close friend Jan B. Conant of South Paris; her grandchildren, Sarah, Joe, Tom, Kevin, Hunter Saunders, Alex, Melissa and Damien McCoy; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Fredette and Lexie Saunders. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Chandler Funeral Home (45 E Main St, Paris, ME 04281).
