As Philip departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Philip. Though Philip may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sherman and Norma Sherman (Lane); his stepfather Rodney Morgan (Judy); and his sister Camilla Hunt (Walter). He is survived by: his son Wendell (Desiree); his grandson Cash of Patten; his daughter Michelle Sherman (Warren "Tiger" Suitter) of Sherman; his special fishing buddy Marty Arbo; and his pet Halo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Patten Cemetery North Road.
