We are sad to announce that, on December 6, 2023, at the age of 89, Ralph S. Mahar of Pembroke, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene C. Mahar and Olive Mahar (Carter); and his siblings, Avis Whorley (Edgar "Bud"), Carl Mahar (Jean) and Elsie Cook (Colby).
He is survived by: his wife Mary H. Mahar (Clark) of Pembroke; his children, Brenda M. Godin (Dan) of Winterport, Dennis L. Mahar of Pembroke and Eugene R. Mahar (Michele) of Hermon, ME; and his grandchildren, Samantha Godin of Glenburn, Lucas, Megan, Gavin Mahar of Hermon and Pj Descoteaux of Whiting. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ralph's memory can be made to the Pembroke Fire Department, Dennysville Vol Ambulance, or a charity of your choice.
