She was predeceased by: her parents, Harland Nevells and Marion Nevells (Swazey); and her sons, Winfield Scott Bowden and Eric Todd Bowden. She is survived by: her husband Winfield Bowden; her daughters, Angela Hooper (Dale) and Holly Collins (Josh); her grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley, Andrea, Dalton, Kyle, Wyatt, Sullivan and Bayne; her great grandchildren, Blake, Malia and Alaina; and her siblings, Donna Edgerly (Marvin) and David Nevells (Megan). She is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bowden Family Home (283 New Rd, Penobscot, ME 04476).
