He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Forsyth McNamara. He is survived by: his mother Jessica C. D. McNamara (Pickard); his father-in-law Richard of Bath; his brother Robert McNamara; his children, Justis Rogers, Jordan McNamara, Hunter McNamara and Trinity McNamara; and his nephew Cameron McNamara.
