He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Viktor Sulkowski and Ingeborg Sulkowski (Brumowski); his wife Evelyne Marie-France Sylvie; his brother Viktor Peter Sulkowski; his children, Nikolas Alexander Sulkowski, Christopher Victor Sulkowski and Erica Elizabeth Bens; and his grandchildren, Julia, Nikolas, Charles, Sophia and Lukas.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the New England Cancer Specialists in Topsham, ME or Dana-Farber Cancer Institute - Adult Leukemia Program, 8th floor, Boston, Mass.
