He is survived by: his mother Mary Sprague (Shibles) of Palmyra; his wife Valerie Sprague (Harris) of Palmyra; his sons, Forester Sprague III (Laura) of Palmyra and Dustin Sprague of Etna; his granddaughter Kylee Sprague of Palmyra; and his brothers, Daniel Sprague (Kim) of Palmyra and Thomas Sprague of Palmyra. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
