Loretta J. Bowden Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta J. Bowden in Pittsfield, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 16, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Butler and Theda Butler (Stanhope); her husband Keith; her in-laws, Vernon and Margaret Bowden; her siblings, Linda Mitchell and Lewis Butler Jr.; and her close friend Shirley MacDonald.
She is survived by: her son Steven Bowden (Susanne); her grandchildren, Eimile and Izaak; her sisters, Anita Welch (Francis) and Carole Robinson (David); her half-brother Doug Pratt; her foster son Mike Bennett; her close friend Julie Mathews; and her pet Misty. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Village Cemetery.
