She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Milliken and Mildred Milliken; her siblings, Melvin Milliken and Karen Hoffman; her husband A. Paul Chouinard; and her son Timothy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Milliken (Rita) of Poland, Bruce Milliken (Teddie) of Lewiston, ME., Tanya Styverson and Toby Milliken of Lewiston, ME.; her son Dan (Ann); her grandchildren, Abby and Amy of Co; her son Chris (Pauline); her grandchildren, Matt and Jenny of Lewiston; her great grandchild Kevin; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Morgan and Evan of Poland Spring, ME.. She is also survived by her sons and 7 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Cemetery Chapel.
