He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth MacVane and Mary MacVane (Bennett); and his brother Peter MacVane. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Durdan MacVane; his children, Andrew MacVane of South Portland, Dr. Lisa MacVane of Beverly, Mass. and Julie Arsenault of Gray; his grandchildren, Conner, Chloe, Casey, Caleb MacVane, Lyndsey Currie, Cameron and Brendan Arsenault; and his cousins, Charlene Courtemanche and Vicki Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Homes of South Portland (1024 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106).
