He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Carkhuff and Edna Carkhuff (Hjort). He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Bishop (Joseph), Diane Roche (Dennis) and Amy Doucette (Robert); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Bishop (Chris), Tori Bishop, Logan Roche (Lauren), Jordan Roche, Lexi Clark (Chris) and Alli Durost (Nate); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Connor Clark, Violet Roche and Cameron Durost. He is also survived by his wife, three daughters, their spouses.
