He is survived by: his wife Judy Cousins Richard; his sons, Jeff Rand (Beth), Steve Rand (Patricia) and Douglas Rand; his stepchildren, Michelle Bouthiet and Darin Richard (Janelle); his grandchildren, Travis Rand (Becca), Tyler Rand, Matt Rand (Heather), Lindsay Rand Zausmer (Mike), Natalie Rand, Samantha Richard and Connor Richard; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Rand, Nora Zausmer and Camran Richard.
