She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kathryn May Townsley Whiting and Carson Ross Whiting; her husband Thomas W. Sharpless; her daughters, Rebecca and Kathryn Sharpless; her grandchildren, Kathleen, Carson Stanton-Sharpless, Ryan and Lillian Kew; and her sons-in-law, Andrew Stanton and Jeffrey Kew.
