He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Williams III and Ione Williams (Brownell); and his brother William H. Williams IV. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Williams of Yarmouth; his children, Jordan Williams of Yarmouth and Sydney Williams (Patrick Abedi) of Topsham; and his grandchildren, Layla and Amari Abedi of Topsham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
