He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Joseph Casale and Ellen M. Casale (Peterson); his wife Kathleen Casale; his brother Joseph D. Casale; his sister-in-law Sabrina Casale; his friend Denise Talbot; and his grandparents, Guiseppe Casale, Carmela Casale (Nappi), Carl Peterson and Emily Erickson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Casale, Pamela Hanna (Roy) and Carl "Denny" Casale; and his stepson Samuel Johnson (Sarah). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
