With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dawn Marie Axelson in Portland, Maine, born in Orange, California, who passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dawn Marie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dawn Marie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her mother Betsy Axelson; her stepfather Gene Bowden (Melissa French); her siblings, Todd Lively, Thomas Woods and Pamela Woods; and her stepsister Adrienne Bowden.
