She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kelley and Mary Kelley. She is survived by: her daughters, Shawna and Izzy Kelley; her nephew Matthew Poulin of Manchester; her sister Patricia Poulin (Mike) of Manchester; and her sibling's children, Michael Poulin (Katie Baril) and Molly Poulin of Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, Debbie wished that donations be made to the Dempsey Center of Maine.
