He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bowden and Mary Bowden (McGregor); his wife Carol; and his sister Gail Winslow. He is survived by: his children, Denise Farrell (Paul), Dennis, Donna Gagnon (Scott), Kelly Bowden and Felicia; and his siblings, Marlene Allen (Robert), Clytie Bello, William Bowden, Eugene Bowden (Betsy) and Vicki Gowen (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
