He was predeceased by : his parents, Genevieve Cady (Dunn) and Ralph Cady; and his siblings, Jack and Maureen Finks (Cady). He is survived by : his wife Ann Marie; his children, Theresa Libby (Eric), Karen Hachborn (Len), Kevin Cady (Heather), Mary Susan Mainella (Mike) and Kathleen Richards (Hank); his grandchildren, Daniella Hachborn Hunnewell (Scott), Lianna Hachborn Pope (Tucker), Henry Richards IV, Philip Richards, Annalise Richards, Julia Richards, Jack Mainella, Louis Mainella Griffin Cady and Marcus Cady; and his great grandchildren, Eliza Hunnewell and Beckett Hunnewell.
