He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harland Wells and Evelyn Wallace Wells; his brothers, Richard, George, Harland and Roger; his granddaughter Alice Denecker; his wife JoAnn Provost of Newport, Vermont.; his daughters, Amy Wells Denecker and Lauren Wells Sellazzo; his sons-in-law, Shawn Denecker and Peter Sellazzo; and his grandchildren, Eliza Denecker, Dalton and Sloane Sellazzo.
