She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey H. Winchenbach and Emily Eugley Winchenbach. She is survived by: her children, Sherman W. Smith (Linda S. Heath), Frederick H. (Diane M. Smith) and Barbara S. Higgins of Waldoboro. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
