He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosina DiBiase and Giacomo DiBiase; his wife Rachel Langis of Portland; his son Frank DiBiase Jr. (Gail) of Portland; his grandchildren, Justin, Naomi and Angelina; his son Nick DiBiase (Nicole) of Scarborough; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Ivy and Ethan; his daughter Deborah DiBiase (Matteo DiBiase-Dupre) of Phoenix; his siblings, Anne Romano of Portland and Jim DiBiase (Francie) of South Portland; his sister-in-law Anna DiBiase of South Portland; and his siblings, Viola Romano, JoAnn Lemlin and Dominic DiBiase. He was also cherished by 23 nieces and nephews.
