We are sad to announce that, on October 14, 2023, at the age of 74, Frank M. Mullen (Portland, Maine) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Mullen and Helen Crocker Mullen; his wife Rachel Oliver Mullen of Lyman; his sons, Eric Mullen of Somerset, NJ and Matthew Mullen of Lake Tahoe; his stepson Gregory Hodgdon of Biddeford; his daughters, Dawna Schmidt of Saco and Tammy Bennett of Scarborough; and his sister Susan Hague of Oakland, ME.. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
