With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred Byron Doliber in Portland, Maine, born in Belfast, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Raymond Doliber Jr. and Althea Minnie Doliber (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Carmen Doliber of Arundel; his sister Karen Doliber of Saco; his children, Rachel Doliber, Michael Poisson (Lorre) of Buxton, Diane Handlen of Biddeford and Christine Aldrich (Daniel) of Biddeford; his grandchildren, Jessica Madore (John), Nicole (Daniel), Ayla Aldrich (David), Bree Aldrich, Nire Aldrich and Felicia Lawrence; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Kelsey and Nicholas Wildes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cote Funeral Home Chapel (87 James St, Saco, ME 04072). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Laurel Hill Cemetery (293 Beach St, Saco, ME 04072).
