He is survived by: his wife Rita Prevost (Poliquin); his daughter Julie Prevost Lucci (Alfred); his granddaughter Emily (Jeremy); his children, Monique Prevost, Ellerie, Addison, Michelle Prevost, Diane Prevost and Cumberland; his grandson Geoffrey (Jennifer); and his siblings, Archie Prevost St, Rita Airoldi Brewster (Norman) and Madeleine (Ronald).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in Gerry's honor be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
