He was predeceased by: his daughter Laura Blake of Jacksonville, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Blake; and his children, Guida Mucciaro of Torrington, CT, Karen Spiller, Janet Perkins (David) of Saco, Robyn Hubbard (Greg) of Wyomissing, PA and Herb Jr. (Cindy) of Buxton, ME.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
