It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Michael Patterson (Portland, Maine), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" A. Patterson and Sharon O'Connell Patterson; and his siblings, Jeff Patterson and Rhoda Saldana. He is survived by: his sister Juliann Blackston (James); his nephew Nick Wilson (Dana); his great-nephews, Wyatt and Oden; and his cousins, Vera Lund (Tim), Bryan Mayfield and Liam George.
He lived through his first pandemic; AIDS, losing over 300 friends.
