He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Nappi (John) and Lucrezia Nappi (Montecalvo); his granddaughter Kristen; his son-in-law David; and his siblings, Sam, Nick, Tony, Carlo, John, Michael, Sava, Albert, Frank, Chris, Lucy, Mary and Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Mangino of Peter's Catholic Church; his children, Rosanne O'Brion (Mark), Elizabeth Moran, Theresa Gagne (Brian), John (Susan) and Joseph Jr.; his brother Philip (Jutta); his grandchildren, Theresa Clark (Michael), John Michael Nappi (Brittany), Maria Toppi (Rocco), Scott Nappi (Geena), Nicholas Barbera (Danielle), Kelley O'Brion, Allie Small (Patrick) and Travis Gagne; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Landon, Shelby, Enzo, Nico T., Emmett, Nico B., Reese and Rowan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
