He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, Claire and Grace; his wife Anna; his sons, Dr. Joseph (Jamie) and Matthew (Amber); his brother Bruce (Lynne); his siblings-in-law, Liz Alofs (Doug), Patricia Stein, Maryellen Stein, Bob Allen (Jane) and Joey Allen (Pam); and his nieces and nephews, Maria Pearce (Anthony), Ashley Eldridge (Sean), Nicole, Jessica, Damon Baldwin, James Stein (Joanna), Christopher and Joshua. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
