It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Eckert Diggs (Portland, Maine), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Dorothy E. Grannis; her great-nephews, Paul and Lucien; her great-niece Rose; and her former husband John S. Diggs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy W. Diggs and Maude M. Andrade (German); her nieces, Jennifer Grannis and Eliza G. Lussier (Ron); her former husband Nick Humez; Tayne. She is also survived by her family and friends.
