She was predeceased by: her brother Thomas M. Ward; her husband Ralph E. Noel Jr.; and her son-in-law Benjamin Pasquale (Joe Lessard). She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Lampert (Carl), Susan Lessard, Mary Ellen Lessard and Rachel Pasquale; her grandchildren, Benjamin Lampert (Alyssa), Samuel Lampert, Kayla Collins (Chase), Elizabeth Raftice (Brandon), Emma Rose Betters (Grady) and Isabella Pasquale; her brother Stephen Ward; and her niece Katie Ward. She is also survived by friends and dear neighbors.
Every month, when I get to the 28th," she'd joke, "I figure I've got at least another 30 days."Judy was 80 when COVID shook the world like a snow globe.
