She is survived by: her sons, Richard, Matthew and Daniel "Danny"; her granddaughters, Tamisa, Katelyn, Morgan, Hannah and Emma; and her sisters, Elizabeth, Mary and Judith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland, 217 Landing Road, Westbrook, Maine 04092, in memory of Katie, whose lifelong love of cats brought her immeasurable joy.
