She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale and Mary. She is survived by: her husband Donald George Leis, Jr.; her daughter Meghan Jones (Jacob); her grandchildren, Barrett, Declan, Harper and Caroline; her children, Andrew Leis (Tiffany) and Sarah DiBari (Michael); her granddaughter Madeline; her brother Dale Taysom (Debbie); her sons, Brett and Scott; and her uncle Ernie. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
