He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Mowatt and Mildred Mowatt (Trott); his wife Pamela Mowatt (Philpot); his children, Joshua Mowatt (Anna) and Samantha McGovern (John); his grandchildren, Silas Mowatt, Piper Mowatt, Brooke McGovern and Lauren McGovern; his siblings, Vicki Farr, Cecil "Chuck" Mowatt and David Mowatt; and his friends, Paul Sprague and Richard "Yukie" King. He was also cherished by friends and family.
